Legal Empowerment Co-Chair Madeleine Albright has met with leading members of the European Commission, President Jose Manuel Barroso and Vice-President Margot Wallstrom.
Dr. Albright briefed Louis Michel, Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, and Stefano Manservisi, Director-General for Development, on the work and goals of Legal Empowerment.
