Central Evaluation Database (CEDAB) CEDAB is a corporate institutional memory containing information of more than 1,500 UNDP project/programme evaluations.CEDAB provides for each project/programme evaluation a short summary (2 - 4 pages) of :

• immediate objectives
• findings on design and results
• recommendations
• main problems faced and
• lessons learned.

CEDAB can help country offices to:

• Benefit from UNDP experience and lessons learned from past projects/programmes;
• Design new projects with solid background information;
• Identify other country offices with activities/experience in areas of interest;

CEDAB is constantly being updated with the latest evaluation reports received from country offices.
