Winners of 2020 Evaluation Award

IEO is pleased to announce the winners of the 2020 inaugural Evaluation Excellence Awards.

The winners of the 2020 awards come from a range of organisations including UNDP, UNV, UNCDF, as well as regions (Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America) and demonstrate excellent quality, evidence-based analysis and utility for programme/project’s management decision-making.

These evaluations also represent UNDP’s continued effort to improve the quality and utility of evaluations and strengthening the culture of evaluation within the organization.

The Awards came after a highly competitive review process of some 170 decentralized evaluations through the IEO Quality Assessment process, which produced shortlists across the three categories, with finalists chosen through a final review by IEO Evaluation Advisory Panel members.
